Do I have to rent for a certain period of time?
NO! You can rent monthly, bi-annually or annually.
We will help you figure out a rental schedule to
fit your budget!
I am a pharmaceutical rep and need to have deliveries
placed in my unit as well as mail. Do you accept
packages for tenants?
Absolutely! Just sign a simple form giving us permission
to sign for your packages and mail. We will hold
them for you at no extra charge!
What kind of packing supplies do you sell?
At
Brassfield, we sell a wide variety of packaging materials
from boxes, tape and bubble wrap to dust
covers, bungee cords and tarps. We also offer discounts
on complete packs. Call for details.
I need to get some boxes for my move. What kind
of boxes do you offer?
We have three sizes (small, medium and large) as
well as wardrobe boxes equipped with a hanger for
your clothes. We have special package deals on boxes.

I get off work late and will need to access my unit
at odd times. Do you offer after-hour access?
YES! Our gate at Brassfield is open from 6am-10:30pm
with added security! Brassfield offers extended access
hours which may be just what you need!
What are your office hours?
Brassfield’s
office hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday thru Saturday.
Our gates are open from 6am-10:30pm daily with added
security!
Do you have boat and RV parking?
YES! Our facility offers both covered and uncovered outside parking. Call or
email the site for specific pricing and availability.
Who has access to the gate?
ONLY current tenants who have paid rent on time
have access to the gate. We also allow each tenant
to specify authorized users so that they can have
family and friends help with their move.
What are your rental rates?
With rates as low as $45 per month, our
unbeatable rental rates are the lowest around!
I have no way of moving my belongings from my attic
to your facility. Do you offer a courtesy truck?
YES! Brassfield offers a free courtesy
truck on the day of move in!
